• Full-time or part-time hours available
• Drivers are highly desirable.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience required within a similar role.
St Leonards Place is a little service for four people with learning disabilities and complex needs located in Chatham, Kent.
This is a brilliant opportunity for successful applicants to be fully involved in the shaping of this service, take ownership of your role and development, and make sure the people we support have a good day every day!

• Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
• Keeping our people’s homes clean and fresh, and going shopping.
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
